I would like to offer you an attractive plot of land in Masuria of an area of 7 ha with issued development conditions in the county of Ełk, municipality of Prostki.

The irregularly shaped plot is located on the western side of Dybowski Lake. Direct access to the plot is via an asphalt road.
Plot mostly wooded (approx. 60%), smaller part is grassland. Flat with little variation in elevation. A river flows along the plot with an outlet to Dybowski Lake.
